The following rules and restrictions are provided by the car rental company:

• The driver must present a valid drivers license and credit card in their name upon pick-up. 
• The credit card is required as a deposit when renting any vehicle. The deposit amount is held by the car rental company. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the card.
• International rentals may have different driver license requirements. An international driving license is required if the driver's license is non-roman alphabet.
• Additional charges or restrictions may apply for drivers under 25 or over 70.
• Charges for refueling, additional drivers, etc. are not included in the total price.
• Special equipment, such as child seats and GPS, can be purchased upon pick-up (if available).
• Geographical restrictions may apply, even for rental contracts that feature unlimited mileage. Some car rental companies do not allow you to take their vehicles across certain domestic or international borders, or may apply an additional charge to do so.
• Your rental may have mandatory, local insurance requirements that result in additional charges at the time of hiring.
• The total price includes all mandatory taxes and fees.
• Rental fees are due at pick-up.
• Unless and otherwise specified, rates are quoted in US dollars.

•Driver Age

Minimum driver age for the vehicle that you selected is 23.
Maximum driver age for the vehicle that you selected is 70.

Please note that Young/Senior Driver fees will only be charged at the counter. 

If you add Additional Drivers to your rental and any of them are classified as Young/Senior Drivers, you may be required to pay both an Additional Driver Fee and a Young/Senior Driver Fee.

Different driver age restrictions apply to various vehicle groups, and these are automatically applied to all online rental searches.

•Required Documents

You and all Additional Drivers must present a full valid original Driver's License and the voucher or booking confirmation document when picking up the vehicle. If your Driver's License has multiple parts, you must present all of them. All requirements apply to both you and any Additional Drivers.

You must have held your Driver's License for a minimum of 2 full year(s).

An International Driving Permit is required in addition to a National Driver's License if the National Driver's License you or any of the Additional Drivers hold is not clearly identifiable as a Driver's License, e.g., it is in a non-Latin alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Japanese).

You must also present:

•  Passport
•  Identification card of your country of residence

You must present a credit card with your full name when picking up your rental vehicle. The credit card must be issued by a bank. Credit cards issued by any other financial institutions will not be accepted. 

Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that you have all the necessary documentation, that your Driver's License is valid in your intended rental country and for your intended type of rental vehicle, and that you have the correct immigration documents. The same applies if you're planning to visit other countries in the rental vehicle. Your failure to do so will result in your rental being refused and/or considered a no-show. 

Payment and Charges

•Currency

The currency you will be charged in locally by the Supplier is Jamaican Dollar (JMD) or USD.

•Local Deposit / Pre-Authorization

A refundable security deposit of $500.00 USD to  $1300.00 USD is required (amount varies depending on category booked).

The exact deposit amount depends on various factors, like your rental time, length of rental, type of unit reserved, applicable waivers and fees, your place of residence and your exact rental location. This means that the actual deposit amount may occasionally differ from the standard deposit amount.

All cards used must be in your name/renter’s name.  

Accepted for deposit:

•  Credit cards

The Supplier will generally pre-authorise the security deposit amount of your rental vehicle on your credit card. The deposit is an amount held on your credit card for security purposes. It will be released in full unless there are unexpected charges resulting from, for example, traffic fines, returning the car with missing fuel or in need of additional cleaning or damages. Keep in mind that the deposit amount shown does not usually include the rental cost.

The Supplier will generally book a pre-authorization for the security deposit amount of your rental vehicle on your credit card. Please note that the security deposit may still be required even when you reduce the deductible to a lower level by purchasing additional insurance products at the counter. 

•Payment Conditions

The following credit cards are accepted:

• MasterCard
• Amex

Please note that virtual debit or credit cards might not be accepted.

•Foreign Exchange Rates

All rates displayed here are converted and optional extras and/or the remaining balance payable locally are charged in the local currency if not specified otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.

Deposit Refunds are processed immediately on returns once unit is inspected by both the agent and the renter, upon agreement by both parties that no additional nor new damages added by renter.
